bridgefire formed in spring 2005. Drawn together by their love of heavy blues rock, brothers Barry and Danny Haynes joined withTom Lachlan to form the powerful three-piece.
Through difficulties in finding adequate rehearsal facilities in their hometown of Mildenhall, Suffolk, the band decided that to pursue their music further they would have to find themselves a permanent location. The band pulled together their resources and as a result located and rented an industrial unit within a few miles of their homes. Bored with current trends in music, the band set about writing and performing their own material to their friends, who quickly spread the word and encouraged more people to come and watch. Responding to the positive feedback received, they decided to record the songs they had written.
